CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Real estate investing has been the focus of Mr. Hamo’s professional career for over 15 years. He also oversees the day-to-day operations of Urban Group.
DIRECTOR
Mr. Behar has over 10 years of experience in the international real estate industry, as an attorney at FBC’s real estate department, and a managing member of Jonstar Inc. Mr. Behar holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Law from IDC Herzliya, and is licensed to practice law in Israel.
DIRECTOR
Mr. Hakmon has over 10 years of experience in the U.S. real-estate market.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Ayalon has great experience both in real estate and investment financial services, as a co-founder of BCN Investments S.L., and as an associate in one of the biggest banks in Israel. Mr. Ayalon holds a Law Degree from the Israeli College of Management Academic Studies, and is licensed to practice law in Israel.
DIRECTOR
Mr. Arkin is the Director in charge of tax services of Arkin & Peguero CPAs, an accounting firm with offices in Miami and New York. Mr. Arkin possess extensive tax knowledge in International and Real Estate Taxation and he has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant since 2011.
DIRECTOR
Mrs. Baraon Bakarski has vast experience in strategic consulting, both in the technology sector, and to real estate companies. For the past five years, she is leading a real-estate investment fund. Orit holds an MBA from Afeca, Tel-Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
DIRECTOR
Mr. Girtz is the owner and chief underwriting counsel of Downtown Abstract Corp. He has also assisted in managing and operating a portfolio of multi-family buildings in New York City for over 10 years. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 2003 and is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
DIRECTOR
Mrs. Menachemi has vast experience in strategic consulting, both in the technology sector and construction companies, as a manager of teams incorporating technology solutions in some of the largest construction companies in Israel, and as a financial planner to companies such as Dortech Systems, and Crossrider which raised $75m at $250m valuation at the London Stock Exchange. Mrs. Menachemi holds an MBA, Cum Laude, from the Israeli College of Management.
