Mr. Michaeli is the Co-founder and Chief Operating officer of Urban Group. Mr. Michaeli oversees the management of Urban Group’s day to day operations and has experience primarily in construction, engineering and overall ground up development. Mr. Michaeli has high skilled expertise in executing complex operational projects and he is responsible for risk management of Urban Group's activity.

Mr. Hakmon, is responsible for the compliance, regulation and approval of the Spanish operation of Urban Group. Mr. Hakmon has over 20 years’ experience in investment in real estate markets developed in Israel and EEUU.

Mrs. Guevara serves as the General Manager, responsible for executing and overseeing all real estate operations of the company in the European market. Graduated in Civil Engineering and certified in Black Belt Six Sigma, she brings extensive experience in finance and controlling within the real estate sector. With completed studies in UX/UI at Ironhack, she integrates diverse skills into her professional approach. With over 10 years of leadership experience in multicultural environments, Patricia excels in executive roles, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and interpersonal development in business management and organization.
